Zero Balancing (ZB) is powerful touch therapy for both the body and the mind. ZB is a hands-on, body-mind therapy based on both western physiological science and eastern energy healing traditions, it is holistic and non-invasive. ZB affects the whole person (body, mind, and spirit) by providing both structural therapy and energy medicine simultaneously. It quickly drops a person into a relaxed, meditative state of expanded consciousness. Experience, and current science has shown that people are more malleable and open to changing their neural patterns and conditioning when in altered states of consciousness. As Zero Balancing relaxes and opens the body, old patterns of thought, behavior, and belief surrender to new and innate possibilities for health and healing.
Zero Balancing benefits:
- Relieve tension and pain- bodywork that addresses bones, joints, and soft tissue
- Improve balance and mobility
- Alleviate stress, amplify calm
- Quiet your mind
- Expand your awareness
What does a ZB session look like: Zero Balancing feels refreshing from the inside out. It is skilled touch that feels good and is performed fully clothed. After listening to your goals, your practitioner evaluates and balances key areas throughout the body, first with you sitting, then lying face up. A treatment usually lasts 30 to 45 minutes, and releases deep tension in bones, joints and soft tissue. Afterwards you may feel lighter, freer, energized and more in tune with yourself.
Who should try ZB:
- Adults and children who want to feel calmer and happier
- People who have sustained trauma
- Those living with pain
- Anyone in the midst of a life change
- People who imagine a better “normal”
